The training we received was most informative and provided an excellent foundation for the utilization of the program. Training even computer-illiterate staff members has been a joy because the program is so user-friendly. The icons, alone, make finding your way into all areas of the program a snap - the "picture is worth a thousand words" concept is so valid! Moving between sections of the program and the ability to have multiple windows open has also been a big help.
The speed with which all tasks can be accomplished has made an incredible difference in our daily entries. Running reports and retrieving data with your program has had us all in awe of Dental 2000's power.

smoothly. Dental 2000 online is extremely easy to negotiate. Daily office tasks such
as preparing insurance forms, statements, scheduling, and treatment plans are now
completed while the patient is in the office. The electronic insurance filing
feature has produced payments within a week!
Our Internet connection to Dental 2000 is just through a dial-up account, but we
have found the system to still be fast and efficient! Also, with Dental 2000 online
there was no need to upgrade my existing computer hardware or memory, nor was there
a need to purchase expensive software. We will never have to purchase software
upgrades either! Most importantly, the CSI staff has done a wonderful job of
providing both online and telephone-based training and instruction.
